Barbera Rosé "Manaresi"
Emilia Igt Rosato di Manaresi, produced in the First Hills of Bologna, is a refined and distinctive wine thanks to its Barbera grape variety, which gives it character. The natural fermentation on the yeasts and the cold refinement on the skins in the tank enhance its freshness and complexity.
Pale pink in color, it opens to the nose with elegant aromas of red flowers, wild roses and cherries, offering a rich and inviting fragrance. On the palate, it is savory and powerful, but at the same time persuasive and elegant, with a perfect combination of freshness and structure that gives it balance.
With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and served at 12-14°C, this rosé is ideal for accompanying aperitifs, starters and first courses based on vegetables and fish, enhancing the flavours with its versatility and finesse without ever overpowering them.
