The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is a seasoning made from grape must and wine vinegar, aged in wooden containers for a variable period of time. It is produced in the types Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI and Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI Invecchiato.
