Ermes Red Rice is a truly unique cereal of its kind, born, in fact, from the cross between Venere rice and long-grain Indica rice. It has a flavor all its own, intense and fragrant, slightly sweeter than other rices. The grain is medium-long, of a wine red color, with a white heart. Its unmistakable red color is given by the presence of anthocyanins, antioxidant molecules, present in all reddish fruits and vegetables such as berries.
