Cream of Nero di Voghiera
Cream of Nero di Voghiera is obtained through a fermentation and maturation process of Garlic of Voghiera PDO that takes place in a completely natural way, in a humidity and temperature controlled environment for about two months, without the addition of additives, preservatives or yeasts. Afterwards, the black garlic cloves are transformed into a special cream with a thousand uses and consumptions.
Thanks to this process, a superlative, delicious product rich in beneficial properties is obtained. Only garlic of Aglio di Voghiera PDO is used, which is grown, harvested and fermented exclusively in Emilia-Romagna.
It has a much softer and fluffier texture than traditional garlic and can be called a true "superfood" given its superlative beneficial properties.
