Gutturnio Frizzante by Tenuta Ferraia, from Val Tidone (Piacenza), is a sparkling red wine obtained from a blend of 55% Barbera and 45% Bonarda. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts, it guarantees freshness and aroma.
It has a bright ruby red color and a delicate foam, revealing fresh notes of berries on the nose. On the palate, it is velvety and balanced, with a pleasant persistence and a fullness that envelops the palate, creating a harmonious experience. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany the entire meal.
