Malvasia Ferma Malvagia, produced in the Scrivellano di Statto (PC) area with 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, expresses a unique character thanks to fermentation on yeasts at a controlled temperature. The straw yellow color with golden reflections anticipates its vivacity.
On the nose, notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit such as white peach emerge, enriched by fresh nuances of cedar and lime and a clean and clear perfume. On the palate, the wine is balanced and fruity, with a light balsamic aftertaste that adds elegance.
With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and served at 6-8°C, it is perfect with cold cuts, first courses, fish and white meats, offering versatility for various gastronomic occasions.
