Ortrugo Frizzante Gli Spaghi, produced by Poggiarello in the Piacenza area, is made with 100% Ortrugo grapes, a native vine that gives the wine freshness and character. Vinified at a controlled temperature on selected yeasts, it completes the refinement with a slow refermentation in an autoclave, preserving vivacity and freshness.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it is bright and inviting. On the nose, it strikes for its intense and fresh aroma, with notes of mint and newly bloomed flowers. On the palate, it is delicate and well defined, with a pleasant freshness and a light bitterish aftertaste that enriches its depth.
With an alcohol content of 12% vol., it is recommended to serve it at 6-8°C. Perfect with appetizers, pasta dishes, risottos with vegetables and sauces, and fish dishes, it is an excellent choice to accompany convivial moments with lightness and taste.
