A pasta totally 'Made in Emilia-Romagna'. The entire production chain of this product, from cultivation to the packaging of the finished product, takes place in the provinces of Bologna, Ferrara and Ravenna. The cultivation of premium-quality durum wheat takes place entirely in these territories, thanks to the high quality of the soil, the special microclimate and the great experience of the area's farmers. The entire process of production, bronze drawing, drying and canning also takes place in the area, to guarantee a very short supply chain that produces an exceptional product at all levels. The product we are proposing is the 'Pennetta Rigata', excellent for classic Emilian sauces, such as Bolognese sauce or tomato sauce with soffritto, since, thanks to its extrusion, it retains all the sauce.
