Blackberry, Lemon and Mint Rosolio

Characteristics

The color is an intense red with purple hues, bright and inviting.
On the nose, the scent is rich and harmonious: blackberries offer a sweet and enveloping note, lemon gives citrus freshness and mint adds a balsamic and refreshing touch.
On the palate, it is soft and balanced, with the natural sweetness of blackberries, the lively acidity of lemon and the herbaceous freshness of mint, which leaves a long and aromatic finish.

Pairings

Perfect on its own, served cold or with ice, to appreciate its aromatic complexity. Excellent as a digestive or paired with light desserts, such as fruit tarts, lemon cheesecake or butter biscuits.
It also lends itself well as an ingredient in cocktails, especially with gin, prosecco or tonic water, to create fresh and elegant drinks.
