Produced in the hills of Imola, Sangiovese Riserva "Frutti Rossi" is an intense and complex wine, made with 100% Sangiovese grapes. After macerating on the skins for three weeks, it ages for 12 months in French barriques, acquiring depth and elegance. Bright ruby red in color, it opens to the nose with aromas of ripe red fruit, berries and dried flowers, accompanied by delicate spicy notes.
On the palate it is fresh and lively, with soft but firm tannins. With an alcohol content of 14.5% vol, served at 18-20°C, it pairs perfectly with cured meats, pasta dishes with meat sauces and roast or stewed meats, enhancing the flavors with every sip.
