Sparkling Trebbiano "Montaia"
The Vino Bianco Trebbiano Frizzante di Montaia, produced on the Colline Romagnole, is born from the union of Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes, which give freshness and aromatic complexity. Vinified at a controlled temperature, it is refined in stainless steel and refermented with the Martinotti Method, maintaining the vivacity and lightness typical of sparkling wines.
Bright straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage, it releases delicate floral scents on the nose, dominated by white flowers, and notes of white pulp fruit, for a fresh and aromatic bouquet. On the palate, it is delicate but persistent, with a soft finish that guarantees balance and pleasantness.
With an alcohol content of 12% vol. and served at 10-12°C, it pairs perfectly with stewed or grilled white meats, seafood and fish-based first courses, making it ideal for light and fresh dishes.
